Are the bearings on this motor permanently lubed, or do they need to be oiled periodically?

Has anyone measured the hole spacing? I measured 16mm in one direction and 18.5mm in the other, through the center.

yes its possible. loosen the set screw, use a mallet and lightly knock on the shaft and it'll move slowly to the other site. use the collar and set screw to tighten back.

I did what you say but the shat didn't want to move. Look like it is glued or very tight. I'm afraid to knock too hard and bend the shaft.

Hi guys, i tried the same thing-reverse the shaft but broke 2 magnets on the outer shell. I put it back together and it turns jerkily initially but smoothens out. Can I still use it? Is there any permanent damage?

Naxt time, remove the core first. When its time to put it back together, wrap a couple of layers of paper on the armature to keep it centered.
