Richard!! $6.00 and two plus weeks waiting for a new one, it took me only 20 minutes to make the repair and next time less than 5 minutes. The motor runs as good or better now and maybe I helped someone who doesn't have as much money as you seem to have !!!!!!

Has anyone successfully replaced the shaft on any of this type
of CD motor?

If you havent noticed theres no replacement shafts being sold!

Well I bent the shaft on mine, loosened the set screws but the
shaft wouldnt come out. I then used a pin punch to tap it out
but by the time the shaft came out I had used so much force that
the motor was damaged.
I then took a brand new motor, removed the set screws, clip and
tried to tap it out, it too wouldnt budge. I heated it with a torch
and tried again, still no luck. I didnt use as much force with
this new motor as before, but sufficient force to have done the
job

TURNIGY CD update:
Thanks to luckyko222 suggestion to use TowerPro Motor Shaft w/ Nut
I was able to save the bent shaft motor. I drilled out the old shaft holder with drill press and using
a hand reamer opened the hole to accept the 9.96mm collar on the TowerPro Motor Shaft holder
so it sat flat on the magnet can. There was lots of metal chip stuck to the magnets to be cleaned
and far too much hassle, this was a bad oversight on Turnigys part.

The shipping to au is 3 times the price so fixing it was cheaper for me.
