The dimensions are 40x20x11, so they are just too big to fit in a micro t/dt. I found this out today as I had bought some thinking they would fit.

What is the exact dimensions? Some users claim that dimensions is 40x20x9 and does not fit to micro-t.

Wow, get an email notification that they are back in stock. Go to check how many there are and it went straight to -2. Good thing I ordered them a coule of days ago as mine are on reserve now. Sweet. These work GREAT in the micro foamies!

I don't think such a wait will happen again. HC know they are in demand and will procure to suit. Similar to the 130mAh 1s flightmax lipo, very high demand and HC stocked a massive amount. Plus since they are selling the techone micros and the mini trucks they ought to procure a decent stockpile.

Bought 2 of these and both of them are completely out of balance by 0.8v. No matter what I try, I cannot get them to balance. Balance charge at 0.1 with my Turnigy Accucell-6 several times. Used another charger that only uses the charge plug at 0.3 several times. They both always charge to around 4.08 and 4.16v. Any ideas? Please help.

That is only .08 and should be fine. Anything less than .1 is fine.

But capacity on these little things is already so low and then I have to give up over 20 percent because it won't balance. I have a lot of other lipos and none of them have this problem. They all balance to within 0.03.

I guess I am just annoyed, because ever since the first batch was sold out in the beginning of the year they never got stock until today.

ps: I received the email around 9am (local time). I placed them in my cart about an hour later (13 left) and just when I was about to order stock was -3.

Hahaha!! I know what you mean! It's happened to me on a few other products too. Just wish they'd realise the demand for certain products and just order more for us.

BTW, what are you planning to use these batteries for? I want them for my 1/36 scale RC car.

I want to use them in small indoor planes with the 5g brushless motor.

If I can get them I'm also going to split them for other single cell planes. 2x 180mah cells + balance connector + jst plug for $2.89 is a bargain!!

I bought a ZIPPY Flightmax 180mAh 2S 15C battery. And I have a HX8080
hexTronik Balancer/Charger, with minimal 0.5A charger current. How can I charge this battery with this charger, if I do not want to charge more than 1C (0.18A) current? I do not want to breakdown my new battery...

I don't think your charger is going to work.. charge rate is too high.

Should work, at least for "some time". Small packs can be charged quite fast normally. All those toys with very small LiPo are charged in ~20 Minutes!

Great to see some smaller sizes available. How about shortening the leads and reducing wrapping for some really light lipos?

I just ordered two even though they are on backorder, the leads look long but do remember the pack is only 35mm long and the leads look about double, anyway it is not rocket science to shorten the leads, better to long that too short I say.
