Hello i would change the connector for a deans plug ,hobbycity sell them and if you are any good with a soldiering iron you could change the battery lead yourself

Deans plugs are rated and good for up to 40A
If you're gonna draw more than that, you better off with the 4mm bullet connectors which are rated up to 90A
