Burnsi (59%)
who charge this lipo at 2c?
is this recommended?
   seand (84%)
Having a quick scan, it apears most of HK's Lipo's are indicating a Max Charge Rate of 2C. I find this diffcult to believe. I bought this battery initially believing the site and hoped I could charge at 10Amps. On the back of the shrink wrap it clearly states "NEVER charge above 1C".

Sorry, this is a 5S lipo not 4S so 3.7 X 5 = 18.5 Volts

Chris F (70%)
This is a 4S (3.7 Volts per cell) lipo, so program 14.8 Volts and 5 Amps (1C)into your charger.

Hey, I just got this battery and am about to check it out for the first time! Wanted to program a profile for this bat in my charger but the web page on the back of the battery doesnt work.

Im just wondering how many volts should I charge this beast at? 1.5 volts? Its my first lipo and want to be sure, so I dont mess something up or have it go up in flames! I would appreciate it! Thx

hi mate,a 5s5000 lipo like this one,the 5s part is 18.5v and the 5000 part is mah so charging at 1c = 5amps this is the safe charging area
   justice (74%)
forgot to say dont let the battery charge higher than 4.21v per cell and dont let the cell get below 3.0v per cell.for longevity of use from lipo's dont fully drain them in flight or what ever your using it in.so for a battery like this try to keep the drain arround 2500mah per use and recharge and use again and you will get a good life from your batteries.also heat is a big killer to lipo's.alsocold lipo dont through as good as a warm battery so put it in your pocket and get to body temp and they work better at throughing there power
