A main question is - where can i find balance plug and how can i solder it into battery pack? i.e. what wire to wich pole of each cell? Thank you :)

Balancer plugs you can find on internet or hobby shops. Wiring it like this. RED wire to the free positve terminal, BLACK wire to the free negative termial, each of other wires where cells are joined to each other. You should use ALU solder wire on the lipo terminal to solder. Hope that makes sense.

it's easy to build put them in series and ta-da but i'm not sure how to balance them you can solder another cable to positive terminal by this way you could examine voltages by using 3cables
