I am also searching for replacement gears.
The final gear of this servo is fragile. There is not enough material under the root of the gear teeth, so teeth break off easily.

This servo looks like E-sky 8g servo as on Lama and other. Good quality and much better then HXT900

All my HXT900s are on helis. These are on a foamy, where they work fine. They seem to be quieter than the hxt900 but that is subjective. I recently got 4 more and will try them on the next project. The control arms do appear to be flimsy compared to the hxt900.
