Here is a video of that motor on my 355g AUW Depron foamy...

Some of those guys reviewing this motor are full of BS.

7x6 Prop
15C 3s 1300Mah battery
and I am pulling nearly 18Amps. If 15A really is the max on this motor, then there is no way one can fly for fifteen minutes, 7x6 prop full throttle with a 20C 3S battery and the motor is "cool" after.
Now, this motor is awesome, but if the max amps are really 15, and you plan to use a 3S you should use a 6" prop.
I run it with the 7x6 and 15C 3S anyway and just take it easy on the throttle.
350G Depron foamy and I get unlimited vertical with it, and good speed. Am going to try the 5-6" Props as well but like the 7x6. The motor is great, but comes naked as sin, no adaptors, no nothing, but what you see in the photo.

Is this motor powerful enough for the Skyartec Cessna 4ch foamy that the website sells?

and.... Where can I get some spare shafts for it?

FC 28-12 Brushless Outrunner 1534kv - Is this motor will work on a Hacker Super Zoom 4D?
  Reply:  Neal F. (19 points);
Yes, but not very well. I would advise against it.

I have both: the FC-28-12 on a Mugi, and a SuperZoom with a Himax (Kv=850), both with 3s1p batteries. The SuperZoom wants a lower Kv (about 1000) and a larger prop (10-11 inch) for proper 3-D flight.

Look for a motor with a Kv between 800-1100 that can handle 16-18 Amps on 3 cells. Expect the motor to weight 50g up to 70g. Good props are between 10x7 and 11x4 - I use an 11x3.8 prop.

is this motor close to a speed 450 or 400?

Would this be a good motor for a Slow stick.
Does any one know if there is a stick mount for this motor (Brushless Outrunner TowerPro2409-18 1000kv / 180W
)

yes, this is EMAX CF2812
trickers (49 points)
does it come with screws, spinner, mount, etc?
  Reply:  Beaufighter (755 points);
What you see is what you get.. The mount and motor is the package.
  Reply:  tronchaviones (392 points);
Mine is like the photo but it come with three 3.5mm male connectors soldered.
Its sticker read EMAX CF2812 (instead of FC2812)
Including the connectors, the weight is 45.1g

Really? This kind of screws are not easy to find, where should I get them so?
  Reply:  dude7422 (111 points);
lowes /lhs/ for small screws
  Reply:  Mcdyvie (35 points);
I use 3mm x 10 or 20mm screws with Hexnuts to attach these to a piece of plywood. The 3mm screws fit the mounting holes exactly.
