No idea because I dont know where you live but the price of this little good motor is so reasonnable that if I were You I should by a new one instead of loosing my time in searching for bearings that could even be found more expensives.

you may check this site for the exact dimensions of the bearings, but with the shipping cost it may not be feasible :

Has someone tried that one with 4S LiPo? What would be the max prop size then before hitting the max. 13.5A load current for 4S (Imax = 200W/14.8V = 13.5A)?

Seems like an 8x4 is OK with 4S. Tried it on a 640g 800mm delta and happy with it.
Other measurements (LiPo cells and prop saver mount):
APC 9x6 2S 9A APC 9x6 3S 16A
APC 8x6 2S 7.5A (SF Prop 7.8A) APC 8x6 3S 13.6A (SF Prop 14.3A)
SF 8x3.8 2S 6.3A SF 8x3.8 3S 12A
Good setup seems to be an APC 9x6 at 3S using 178W - gets a 600g plane into hovering at full throttle. Same does a SF 8x3.8 on 4S - but couldn't measure the current - yet.

No. And don't try it with 4S or only with a riduculously small prop. This motor run well on a 3s with a 8/6 to 9/5 max prop to give it's best performance.

Well, I did. Had a couple of flights already and it is going great with 4s and 7x4 TGS Sport - having much less than the maximum current load specified here. Though I can confirm your observation with 3S and 8x6 as well as 9x6 ...but on 2S then.

I threaded some rubber bands in the mount holes and just attached the motor to the main fuselage with those rubber bands. Worst case scenario the rubber bands break.

The worst scenario- the motor twists and breaks the wires, ask how I know.

My Trainer (1.4m wings span) has weight 0.770 kg and climbes up with about 0.7m/s with 10x4.7SF prop. Trust with this prop more than 0.800 kg forsure.

I was wondering what are the different ways you can mount this motor on the plane. How are you guys mounting? Would like to hear from different people who have successfully mounted this airplane particularly without stick mount.

You can mount it to a 4 mm balsa reinforced with credit card both side. Use 2 mm bolt or screw and you are ready to fly

Used a aluminum L frame in a pusher prop config. Easy to get and to work with. Drilled extra holes to save on weight.

It comes with the stick mount, but the holes are not correctly aligned. You will have to drill the holes I guess.

That stick mount has nothing to do with this motor. It is a redundant gearframe for obsolete brushed motors.

is it possible to connect this motor with 60a esc and if it can, will the motor got burn cause to much power.
|
|
|
| |
|
Beaufighter
(-25%)
Any motor will burn if drawing too much power. The ESC has nothing to do with that. Max power is dictated by propsize, not by batteries and esc. If your motor draws too much power, reduce propsize.
It is quite possible to use a 60A esc, but uneccessary as it is a 180W motor.

It is a clone of the TowerP 2409-18, which is 31mm dia x 62mm long. I cannot say that it has the excact same dimension, but it is likely.

for bearing, you will have to try your local hobby stores. From my experience, buy a new motor when you need bearings and a shaft.

It's not too dificult to add flats and grooves with a dremel and shaft in a drill press.
