You don't need a pusher prop - only nitro & gas motors need pusher props because they only run in one direction.
Convert it to a pusher by bolting it onto the plane backwards (i.e. in pusher position), install the prop so that it's on "forwards" (backwards relative to the motor) then set the motor direction - it really is that easy with electric.
I prefer to use the large bolt-on shaft in pusher mode.
