pleace teach me about gyro ESC
   bradley (50%)
the gyro is not an esc this gyro will dampen the turning force if it was put on the tail and the wind was causing it to yaw it would turn the rudder to stop the yaw

The engine's torque is too strong in my airplane. It's also too light. Can I use this gyro to damp the roll rate? (If don't you guys now any other gyro with a very low weight?)
   bradley (50%)
yes you can

This is a headlock gyro?
Tnx in advance.
   Horacio (55%)
No, it isn't.
   James (54%)
no. its piezo
   ipin17_aero (63%)
Yes sure, its a headlock gyro, but using piezo sensor on it, more cheaper than sensor used on futaba gy401 or align gyros. Piezo sensor is more sensitive on vibration, so you should use double side tape for reducing the vibration
   shadowind (20%)
i think no : it is for planes

It doesn't seem to work. I plug it to a servo, both leds are on, and the servo doesn't move at all, not by moving the gyro and not by moving the sticks on the remote. Tried to turn the screws to both directions and still nothing.
HELP!
   James (54%)
you setup is correct. check to see if servo is dead with a spare servo. if 2nd servo doesn't work your gyro is dead and you need a new one. Is your servo digital? i'm not sure if this gyro supports digital servos.

I get 3 of this gyros.
Does anybody know the exactly different between the BA-G2H1 and the BA-G2J1 type of these?
I have ordered 3 and get 2 BA-G2H1 and one BA-G2J1 and they working different. the J-Type is not so sensitive like the H-Type....

Please, somebody give me an answer....
What is different point between tail lock gyro and head lock gyro?
   antonis0 (29%)
no difference, lock both....
   sroche (40%)
No difference, head axis and tail axis both means the axis going from head to tail.
   Horacio (55%)
It's pretty much the same thing... they both give servo input until the deviation from a reference is zero. This allows them to lock the tail in one direction, which is the same to say it keeps the heading constant.
   James (54%)
they are different brandname proprietry description of the same thing. there are only 2 types of gyro. Heading lock and non-headinglock.

does anyone knows if it works with digital servos?
   dcweng (60%)
I have tried it on DS480 on my HK450 for testing before I got my HH gyro. It works fine.

I read that the gyro also work on 1s lipoly.
Does it really work on 1s?
   dcweng (60%)
I installed it on my 4G3 with 1s setup. It works pretty nice since I only fly it for 7 minutes per flight. My battery voltage is usually 3.73V after flight, and I haven't get any issue with this gyro.

Hi.
I want to use this gyro in my mig29.
Is it possible to connect it only to the reciver?Spectrum 6300.
I can`n find any settings for gyro on DX6i.
only in heli mode.
And i can`t connect it between reciver and servo beacuse its vtailmixed derectly from the reciver.
Last option is to by an oldfashion vtail mixer.....
   mattyhawk (55%)
Gyro's won't work with mixing. You must use a vtail/elevon mixer after the gyro.
   olmod (72%)
I recieved my 2nd one today,1st was a no good.
both versions i recieved are not like the pictured version in as much as the windows for adjustments are round and no way in hell do they line up with the screws. come on BA lift your game, you are getting a bad name on quality control.
