A lot of servos of different volume and weight come out in todays model market. Though they have higher rotational speeds and torque, they dont have the characteristics of digital servos. Higher resolution The tightest dead band Accurate positioning Faster control response Quicker acceleration Constant torque throughout the servos travel Increased holding power when stationary

Will this work on the HK 450 Helicopter? What would you recommend, digital or analog? And will this one also work on the tail rotor?

By the specs it might work for a 450 at cyclic. But I don't know whether they are really good. Up to now I fly with HXT900 and am happy.
For the tail it is too slow for sure. Better buy a fast digital servo like DS480.

The Reviewers often mentioned this servo jitters alot... are they not aware that a digital servo WILL jitter alot with a ***r radio signal, and especially with older rx's that aren't as fast as the newer 2.4 ghz generation of rx's? Could this be why there are so many complaints of these servos jittering? I also wonder if this could be a contributing cause to some people saying the servo burned out? I'm going to get 2 of them anyways, as they are a perfect fit to replace some analog servos in a foamie EDF jet I have here... will return and review after I find out how well they work and hold up in it. Regards!
