anyone know the dimension of this servo? I have a Tiny Tiger Moth and even a HS-55 can't fit into the servo tray.

They are 8.1 mm wide, 19.8 mm long, and the height varies from 24 mm for the big ones down to approximately 20 mm for the littlest ones. (I don't have any of those here right now to measure.) The center-to-center distance for the mounting tab holes is 23.65 mm, with the outside length of the tabs at 27.5 mm.
By the way, the case outline for the Arced D541BB digital servo is the exact same as that for the EM 4.3 gram unit. The Arced costs twice as much, but has better resolution and speed. YMMV.

Hi, What type of connection plug does this servo have? Thanks

Regular JR/Hitec/Futaba (minus the tab). If you are looking for the ones with the mini JST you need to get the 2.5 gram version. All these little Blue Arrows use the same spline, so the servo arms are interchangeable. That really works well between the 2.5, 3.6, and 4.3 gram versions because you can start out with the lightest one and, if it isn't torquey enough, you just swap in a heftier servo. They all have the same mounting footprint in the vertical plane (tab-to-tab). The only problem is the connector on the 2.5, since it is a mini JST, intended for ultralight receivers like the Spektrum 6300.
