Hong Kong will be taking a holiday from the 6th to the 15th of February to celebrate the Chinese New Year.
Couriers, Postal system and our office will be closed during this time.
Factories in China are closed from the 20th of January through to the 15th of February. Which will leave us with a stock shortage up until the end of February.

Couriers and warehouse staff will take a short break from February 7th to 12th, there will be no shipping during these periods. | Stock Levels. How it works. | 4/22/2008 |
Our stock level is shown in real time and is directly connected to the database in our warehouse.
The second an item stock level is modified, the stock level in the website will show the change.
As an example ;
If we sell a product, let’s call it 'Widget 25mm' and we purchase 1000 units from the factory we will add 990pc of 'Widget 25mm' to our database. (We add less than is received to account for stock spoilage, warranty returns, and other possible issues).
When the customer purchases the widget 25mm, it will reduce the stock by the quantity ordered until such time that so many are purchased the stock level reaches 0 at which point it becomes 'backordered'.
If a customer purchases the widget 25mm with a stock level of 0 or less or there are less in stock than they purchased the order will become 'backordered' and will not be printed from the warehouse printers until the stock level exceeds the level purchased.
If a customer purchases a widget 25mm it becomes reserved for their order.
Even though the stock level may show -500, there will still be stock on the shelf, reserved for previous orders made prior to the stock showing less than 1. |

Italian customs have begun to check and screen all EMS parcels and most registered mail parcels into Italy.
We strongly suggest Italian customers DO NOT purchase large orders in 1 shipment. Rather they make 2 or 3 smaller shipments to help avoid customs delays.
Also, Italian customers must include a FULL and CORRECT phone number. Failure to do so will result in the Italain customs service sending the parcel back to us.

As promised we are listing our planes.
Many of our new planes are quite large and we are having difficulty photographing and storing them in our current warehouse which is causing delays in new product listings.
However we are about to aquire a new location (again), adding another 3,000sqFt to our current warehouse floor space. This will enable faster to-market times for new products which need to be photographed, tested and stored.
We have MANY MANY new planes which have arrived and we are doing our best to get them ready for the website.

Q: How long does it take to deliver?
A: Air Mail can take from 5 days to 45 days, depending on the country. Countries with strong customs and tax issues can take longer than normal. Parcels to Italy, France and Brazil can take as long as 40 days. USA, Turkey, Belgium and Switzerland can be as fast as 5 days.
Q: Why is my order still not sent.
A: Please log into your account and check the order status. If the order has been printed though not posted, this indicates that the warehouse are preparing your order and getting it packed ready for shipment.
Q: My order has been on backorder for too long!
A: We can change your order at any time. We can also refund or credit you for the items if you wish. However refunds are not performed until 14 days after the purchase of the backordered item. When an out of stock item is sold it will warn you that you may need to wait 14 days. |
