As we are no longer able to communicate with Art-Tech we are unable to assist with warranty claims for Art-Tech products.
Should you have a warranty concern with Art-Tech, you will be required to speak with Art-Tech directly or contact the Art-Tech dealer/agent in your local region.

During the 2008 China Olympic games our warehouse and HK postal and customs system will be operating as normal.
We have been assured by the Hong Kong Postmaster that there will be no interruption or issue in deliveries caused by the Olympic games during this period.

We would like our customers to be aware that we only carry the latest software or hardware version for any of our products. Because of our close links with factories and distributors and our rapid to-market time frames, our products are rarely older than 30 days, making them naturally the latest version available currently in the market.

Typhoon Warning / Office closed 25-6-2008 25/06/2008 8:50:34 AM

Due to a severe Tropical Cyclone Warning issued by the Hong Kong observatory, all staff are required to stay indoors and are unable to commute to work. Public transport has also been shut down until further notice.
Unfortunately this means we are unable to provide customer service today (25-5-2008).
Normal operations should begin tomorrow morning.
